I believe that
healing ourselves
is the kindest thing
we can do for ourselves,
for those we love,

the planet.

Having grown up with unskillful parents and extended family members, I ended up being a very confused and angry person.

What is love supposed to look like?
How do you communicate your desires?
How do I feel safe with others, without losing myself in the process?
Why do I attract the same traumatic experiences with different people?
How do I skillfully relate with others?
Why do I continually stay in survival mode and not live an inspired life?
Why is it so difficult to manage my weight?

These are the questions I ask myself, to contemplate on, and have sought out guidance from countless modalities to find peace in my life.

The intelligence of this human body and the wisdom of the divine guided me to apply for massage therapy school and the rest has been an incredible healing journey.

What I have learned about myself is that Spirituality and Science are my favorite topics.

I love to blend the world of the practical with the mystical.

I am here to assist the planet and each individual to find their version of health in all areas of their lives.

I have healed in ways I never thought were possible.

Over the years what I have learned is that you do not have to 'do' the healing work as much as you have to 'have' the right experience.

I am now living a life that is 'working' for me, where I feel good about myself and feel good about the things I have created in my life.

LIFE IS FULL OF MIRACLES WHEN YOU FOLLOW YOUR DIVINE INTELLIGENCE & SHE IS WAITING FOR YOU!

It has been an amazing journey developing this unique way of guiding people to heal their body and grow spiritually.

After a life time of experiences and over two decades of studying science and spirituality, I am honestly living an Inspired LIFE!

I do have moment of getting stuck in patterns, but I have the skills now to free myself more quickly and this is what I am here to share with you
